OUR PROCESS
Every project begins with understanding.
During the initial consultation, we meet with clients in their home to discuss the scope of the project, lifestyle needs, aesthetic preferences, inspirations, and existing elements that may be incorporated into the design. This early phase is rooted in conversation and discovery—allowing us to fully understand how the space should function, feel, and evolve.
Following the consultation, spaces are photographed and measured in preparation for concept development and design planning.

The design phase is highly collaborative and multifaceted, balancing creativity with thoughtful refinement.
Through scaled drawings, furniture plans, material palettes, architectural finishes, furnishings, fabrics, lighting, and detailed selections, we begin shaping the overall vision for the space. Concepts are presented, reviewed, edited, and refined together, allowing the design to evolve naturally through conversation and consideration.
Whether the project involves new construction, a full-scale renovation, or the transformation of a single room through furnishings and layered detail, each element is selected with intention and cohesion in mind.
3.Procurement and installation
Once selections are finalized and approved, Archetype manages the procurement and coordination process from ordering through installation.
We work closely with trusted vendors, contractors, artisans, and trades to oversee timelines, deliveries, quality control, and implementation details throughout the project. Site visits and ongoing communication ensure the design vision is carried through from concept to completion with care and precision.
The final result is a home that feels cohesive, personal, and fully realized.
